Shipping policy

• SHIPPING POLICIES

We do NOT ship to the following provinces/states:

Canada: New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, PEI or Yukon

United States: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands

• Shipping fees are that of the Canadian Postal service and our courier. Complaints can be filed directly to the Canadian Postal service, or provincial/federal government as I do not have any control over this.

• Combined Shipping - Shipping will automatically combine at checkout on all orders (no need to ask!).

• “Ready to Ship” is the time it will take for your purchased item to GO to the post office. It is NOT the time frame in which you should expect to receive your package.  OMG I Had That does not and simply cannot guarantee any specific arrival date, regardless of what may be shown on estimated arrival.

🎄Busy Seasons:
Please give yourself a fair amount of time when it comes to holiday shopping.
I try my best to get your items to you in a very timely manner, but I cannot and DO NOT guarantee any shipping estimate, regardless of the time of year, but especially during holidays. It is strongly advised to purchase Christmas items and gifts BEFORE the month of December (or your even need). OMG I Had That is not responsible for late arrival of packages. 

• Packages are shipped out ONCE per week and we do not offer a rush or upgraded service.
