We are located in Ontario, Canada. Please do not request my personal address for pick-up as this service is not offered. Canadians, please understand that your shipping cost is exceptionally higher than that of the United States Postal Service. Prices are based upon cost of supplies, market fees, time/effort of acquiring item and personal financial investment. Please understand and respect that this is a small business. I will not tolerate harassment for lower prices or belligerence. We run sales frequently, so be sure to check back if today’s price is unsatisfactory!

• SHIPPING:
“Ready to Ship” is the time it will take for your purchased item to GO to the post office. It is NOT the time frame in which you should expect to receive your package. Packages are shipped out ONCE per week and we do not offer a rush or upgraded service. Shipping fees are that of the Canadian Postal service, not what buyer ‘assumes’ they should be. OMG I Had That does not and simply cannot guarantee any specific arrival date, regardless of what may be shown on the screen via Etsy’s automatic estimated arrival time.

• HOLIDAY SHOPPING:
Please give yourself a fair amount of time when it comes to holiday shopping.
I try my best to get your items to you in a very timely manner, but I cannot and DO NOT guarantee any shipping estimate, regardless of the time of year, but especially during holidays.
